today my dog passed away. It’s too painful, too sad
For now, I really want to have some time and stop a lot of things I was doing, so maybe I won’t be updating the blog for a while, though who knows.
Anyway, that’s about it. ![]()

Oh, sorry…
I known this situation (with cats) and the time is the only thing that you need, so don’t worry.
My best regards.
Good Luck!

My thoughts are close to yours, as I take my 13 yo Border Collie, Sadie to the dog park and she endures painful arthritis in her hips with that HUGE smile. Take care. Yor Puppy is in a happy place!

i’m so sorry for your loss. I went through it with my cocker spaniel Garbo two years ago. I still miss her. The pain you’re feeling is just the echo of the love you got to experience and proof of what a great life you gave your puppy. take care.

Just remember: Just as you wouldn’t want your dog to suffer, if your dog could only have articulated it, it would have been sure to let you know that it would not have you suffer, either.
Share your love with another creature. This too shall pass.

My sympathies. Pets are members of the family. They bring more joy than many people. Those who don’t understand that usually aren’t worth knowing. Like the two bozos who posted above. They’re disrespectufl and ungrateful of what you do with this site. Please ignore them. I say, thanks and I understand how you feel from personal experience.

NO one gives a shit about your dumbass dog oh look at me im a stupid blog writer who cant get a real job and my dog died watch me cry waaah waaah
30. John M | October 16th, 2006
Wow, Poopstick, you sure are well-named. Loser. My only regret is that his dog didn’t get to bite you in the ass.
31. FiberOptik | October 16th, 2006
I know dogs are like family and all that shit but you cant get depressed so much for them i mean one may cry and all that stuff but wont stop doing things because of your dogs death
32. Ronald Poi | October 17th, 2006
My condolences… take your time and remember the good times you spend with your dog instead this last sad one…
33. Ali | October 17th, 2006

People should not presume to tell other people how to feel. Why is a dog unworthy of some mourning? I respect whatever feelings our kind blogger may have and the decisions he makes. If you don’t agree, at least have the common courtesy to keep your mouth shut instead of spewing venom.
After reading some of the stuff above I’m sure he’s wondering why he should even continue with this blog. Shame.
